Selling Branch Manager

M-F 8am-5pm

$60,000-$65,000 Base Commission/Bonus

We are looking for an experienced staffing leader (Selling Branch Manager/Business Development Manager) to take on the key role in managing Sales for one of our offices. The leader in this role will be responsible for contacting new clients in need of staffing services through B2B selling and reactivating customers.

Responsibilities

· The leader in this role will be responsible for sales efforts for the branch

· The ideal candidate for this role will be someone that can lead by example, motivate teammates, develop long lasting relationships, and provide staffing solutions for clientele

· This is a hands-on role with heavy client service/selling responsibilities with an emphasis on ability to positively impact our clientele

· Management of day-to day Recruiting efforts

· Collaborate with teammates to produce effective sales and recruiting strategies

· Effectively coach and mentor teammates

Qualifications:

· Proven track record in staffing / sales preferred

· Professional communication capabilities (written and oral)

· Ability to present information at all levels within an organization

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Previous experience utilizing ATS / CRM applications

Staffing/Recruiting Sales experience Highly Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Canton, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Agency Staffing: 2 years (Preferred)
